- Appointments are always pre booked so please contact me on 07730513814 or email, info@beautymoments.co.uk to book yours, even a patch test requires time to be booked in.
-The sign will be up on my window or porch to show I am working and please enter if the gate is open. If not please wait. I always allow plenty of time but occasionally I run a couple of minutes late. However hard I try to keep on time it can happen.

- For all new and existing clients a 50% deposit is required a week prior to your appointment. A text will be sent to you with my bank details on or a secure payment link. If payment is not paid within 48 hours then your slot will be allocated to someone else. This deposit is kept if you have to move the appointment and it is refundable however I require at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel the appointment otherwise it will be used to cover expenses and time. It will not be transferred.

​- Extra upgrades, vouchers and/or retail can be paid for on the day.
- I accept cash, bank transfer or have a card machine. Deposits can be paid via a secure payment link.

- All courses need to be paid when booked and have to be used within 4 weeks.

- Gift vouchers must be redeemed after 6 months of purchasing.
